By accessing or using the FundsForSure ("FFS", "GFFS") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
FundsForSure is a loan facilitation and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) platform. We connect borrowers with registered banks, NBFCs, and other lending institutions and provide CA-assisted guidance in preparing loan applications. FFS is not a bank or NBFC and does not itself lend money.
We do not guarantee that any lender will approve your loan application, or that any indicative interest rate, tenure, or amount shown on this website will be the final terms offered. All lending decisions rest solely with the respective lending institution.
Our services are provided to borrowers free of charge. FundsForSure is compensated by partner lenders through referral arrangements, not by borrowers.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. NRI applicants are subject to additional eligibility criteria set by respective lenders.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and/or termination of access to our services.
Any loan agreement you enter into is directly between you and the lending institution. FundsForSure is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the lender's terms, conduct, or decisions.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Get FundsForsure.com LLP or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundsForSure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your interactions with partner lenders.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundsForSure, its partners, and CA network from any claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
